Hello Andy and thanks. Seems that ASAP rather major on them! Pity is that none of those whole units pictured would fit my engine block, and I would need detailed dimensions of the individual tubestacks on offer to know if they are the same as the one I have. I wonder where Bowman is located.

Hello Richard,

You can buy a new heat exchanger for that money: www.asap-supplies.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=Heat+Exchanger+Bowman

Has anyone out there ever had to find a new tubestack in their closed circuit to raw water heat exchanger? I am looking for a Vetus-Deutz STM8304, and the word is that it may be available (for £715, ouch!) ex-NL manufacturer at the end of June. Needless to say, I am stuck right where I am. The radiator specialist who leak-tested it in their tank said they have a sister company in Scotland that can copy them if supplied with the original. Has anyone had one made up like this, and was it successful?
