A tree has partially blocked two the three arches - right and centre (the highest).

The above water blockage extends for one third of the arch but there are big branches visible underwater for a further third.

This effectively stops the passage for barges through the centre arch.

Due to the high winds, high flow (red boards) and possibly the holiday EA will not be attempting to remove the obstruction until flows reduce.
