There was a lot of interesting information. We will wait to receive the slides and minutes before giving details, but it was encouraging that the policy of investing in the waterways as a means of 'greening' French transport was reaffirmed.

Rebecca and I raised the 'evergreen' question, as did Ann Akkermans from ANPEI. Not sure what we achieved, but at least it keeps the issue on their radar.

Hi Richard

Only the evergreen "lack of moorings for 20m +" in places such as SJdL, Seurre,
Macon and especially Chalon sur Saône. etc., and the Saône + Rhone in general.
