Lock 13 at Sillery will in fact be closed during the maintenance, repairs and improvements shut down of the Aisne à la Marne canal from August 26 to September 29.  This means that if you are planning to winter in Sillery, and will be leaving France before the end of September, you will have to be in the Sillery marina by August 25 at the very latest.
