canalbridge over river Elbe was created by Johann Schepers

From March 31st to May 23rd, 2025 the canal bridge over the Elbe near Magdeburg is completely closed. If the water level of the Elbe is sufficient, a bypass via the locks Rothensee and Niegripp is possible.
